Give me best answer, i will mark uh brainlest.locate the points (4, - 3 ),(- 5 ,- 7), (- 3,2) and (0, - 4) on the graph

To graph any point (x,y) we use following procedure:

Move the point right side if x-value is positive.

Move the point left side if x-value is positive.

Move the point upward if y-value is positive.

Move the point downward if y-value is positive.

like first point is (4,-3) where x=4, y=-3

x=4 is positive so point will move 4 units towards right side from origin.

y=-3 is negative so point will move 3 units downward from last location.

Hence final position of the point (4.-3) will be as shown in graph.

Same way you can graph other points.

( - 5, - 7 ) is like ( - x, - y ) lies on 3rd quadrant.

( - 3, 2 ) is like ( - x, y ) lies on 2nd quadrant.
