The following are the rule that Pluto does nor follow :-
1. For being a planet a celestial body must not cut another planet's orbit but Pluto cut Neptune's orbit.
2. You know that the Earth is tilted on 23.5 degrees on its axis. But you will be surprised that the Pluto is tilted about 90 degrees on its axis.
I know these two reasons for Pluto not being a planet. There could be some other reasons also.
