Simple present - Active voice : s + v1 + o
Passive voice : o + is/are/am + v3+by+s

present continuous AV : s+ is/am/are + v1 ing +o
PV : o+ is / am / are +being +v3 +by. +s

present perfect :

AV : s+. have / has + v3+o
PV : o +have /has +been + v3 +by +s

simple past :AV: s +v2+o
PV : o +was/ were +v3 +by +s

past continuous: AV : s+ was/ were+ v1 ing+ o
PV: o +was/ were +being +v3+ by +s

simple future: AV : s+ will +v1+o
PV : o + will be + v3 + by + s

We have voices only for these tenses.

In case of auxilary verbs...

AV : s +ax.v +v+o
PV : o+ax.v+ be +v3+ by+s

In case of interrogatives..
AV: ax.v+ s + v + o

you - you

he -him

she - her

it - it

they - them

who - by whom

please - you are requested
