The answer goes here....

_______________________________________

》To find -

Thickness.

》Given -

Volume = 784\:cm^{2}

Length, h = 14\:cm

External radius, R = 9\:cm

》Solution -

Let us assume that the internal radius is r.

Since, we know that -

⇒ Volume = \pi (R^{2}-r^{2})h

784 = \frac{22}{7}(9^{2}-r^{2})\times 14

784 = 44\times (9^{2}-r^{2})

\frac{784}{44} = (9^{2}-r^{2})

17.8 = (81-r^{2})

r^{2} = 81-17.8

r^{2} = 63.2

r = \sqrt{63.2}

r = 7.94

Now, the thickness -

9-7.94

1.06

So, the thickness of the cylindrical pipe is 1.06 m.
