The vacuole in cells have three main functions which are to provide the plant with support or rigidity, a storage area for nutrients and waste matter and can decompose complex molecules it can also store water

Plasmids have many different functions. They may contain genes that enhance the survival of an organism, either by killing other organisms or by defending the host cell by producing toxins. Some plasmids facilitate the process of replication in bacteria. Since plasmids are so small, they usually only contain a few genes with a specific function (as opposed to a large amount of noncoding DNA). Multiple plasmids can coexist in the same cell, each with different functions.

Ribosomes are a cell structure that makes protein. Protein is needed for many cell functions such as repairing damage or directing chemical processes. Ribosomes can be found floating within the cytoplasm or attached to the endoplasmic reticulum.

vacuole= it holds materials and waste . it also maintain the proper pressure within the plant cell provide structure and support.

plasmid= important for understanding how genes can be moved about between different bacteria.

ribosome= they are responsible for protein synthesis.
