One negative impact of the development of cotton textile in England is:
the cotton produced in India were bought by the British at cheap prices and send to their industries in Britain. The machine made goods were then broght back to India and sold. This resulted in decline of the economy of Indian traders as these machine made cloths were more softer, comfortable and cheaper than those made by the Indian weavers on the spinning wheel
