I think due to security reasons ,girls were not allowed to be educate in school..but now time is change ,all is equal as a boy .

First Of all this evil practice is used to be done years ago.Now, girls are also having a rIght to get education. At early times people used to have a thinking in their mind that educating a girl is just a waste of time and money because one day she has to get married and leave her house.They thinks that they should utilize their time in learning household .
