The difference between voting and rigging is that the process by which the people elect their representatives through elections in democratic countries is called voting whereas rigging is basically a process which involves forcing a person either by muscle force or by giving bribery in order to buy votes.

VOTING is a method of electing an representative or to express an opinion, in democratic countries .
while ,  RIGGING means to force a person either by muscle force or by giving certain amount of money to buy  votes .
