uses of concave mirror
- Shaving mirror to see larger image of the face and dentist mirror.
- In torches and in head lights of vehicles.
- As a reflecting mirror for projector lamps.
- Large concave mirrors are used to concentrate sunlight to produce heat in solar furnaces.
Uses of convex mirror
- Used as a rear view ( wing ) mirrors in vehicles.
- These mirror are fitted on the side of the vehicles, enabling the driver to see traffic behind him to facilitate safe driving.
