If we put lemon pickle in aluminium container after sometime utensil metal will corroded due to reaction and lemon pickle inside will not be able and fit for human composition.

We cannot store lemon pickle in an aluminium container because lemon pickle is acid which can react with aluminium liberating hydrogen gas this can lead to the spelling of the pickle.

Metals react with acids vigorously to form metallic chlorides, which act a poison for human body that’s why lemon being citric acid can’t be stored in aluminium utensil’s.
