1 evaporation increases when surface area is bigger. ex we spread out clothes to dry out them quickly whereas boiling is bulk phenomenon because particles of whole evaporates
2 because it diffuses very quickly at same rate
3 with more air molecules in ballon pressure inside it increases. ballon inflates to increase its surface area so that force acting by air molecules inside outward and vice versa.

Answer:

1) Yes boiling is considered as bulk phenomenon because total molecules (including interior molecules along with surface molecules) are involved during boiling of any liquid. Whereas during evaporation only surface molecules will involved, so it is considered as surface phenomenon.

2) When you stir a spoonful of sugar into a glass of water, you are forming a solution. ... As the sugar molecules spread evenly throughout the water, the sugar dissolves. Mixing a liquid in a gas makes another type of solution, called a gaseous solution. An example of this type of solution is humidity.

3) On blowing air into balloon, it inflates, because gasses exerts pressure in all directions. The air filled in the balloon pushes and exerts force in all the directions on the wall of the balloon, hence inflating it.
