1. The wind pollinating plants produce numerous light weighted pollen grains so that they can easily be blown by the air and may cause cross-pollination between different plants belonging to the same species.

2. because they need water for germination and if they are dehydrate they cant respire hence they are not germinated

3. No. The reason is that unisexual flower has only the male part (stamen) or the female part (pistil). And for self-pollination in a unisexual flower,a stamen (to produce the pollens) and a pistil (where fertilisation takes place), both are needed in a single flower for reproduction
