HOLA!!

______________

HERE WE GO

We know that the atomic number increases down the group.

ATOMIC NUMBER:

It's nothing other than no.of protons present in the nucleus or no.of electrons revolve around the nucleus.

INCREASE IN ATOMIC NUMBER

As the atomic number increases , the no.of electrons present in it also increases. So the number of orbits in the atom also increases.

REASON:

As the number of orbits increases it leads to the increase in the atomic radius.
