Give reason brownian movement provides stability to the colloidal solution

when we take a colloidal solution ex milk and cream,in beaker and spin it with the help of spoon so it's particles moving continuously inside it so it seems like a homogeneous mixture it's particles seems as dissolved completely it makes stability but after some time some visible boundaries comes to see .
all the colloidal particles seems separate from solution this time it is unstable solution
