a). When we put clothes for drying we spread them out as to dry up them quickly and to evaporate complete water from the Cloth's fibres and surface.

b). Clothes dry up at a faster rate when kept near heater because heater gives sufficient heat and warmness to clothes to evaporate it's water very quickly and at a faster rate.

c). Clothes take a long time to dry in rainy days because there is humidity and moist in air in rainy days, this prevents the clothes to evaporate their water and to dry them, and on rainy days they also doesn't get enough sunlight to dry themselves, at a normal rate so they dry at a very slow rate.

e). We wear Cotton clothes in summer because they have unique property in their fibres to keep is cool by reflection of excess sunlight and preventing our skin to warm at a faster rate from sunlight.

a) larger surface area means larger rate of evaporation

b)increase in temperature helps in faster rate of evaporaton
c)humid air already has a lot of water vapour and evaporation takes longer time.
d)acetone evaporates and takes up heat fom the atmosphere while doing so. thus it feels cool
e)cotton clothes breathe the best. that is, lets air travel in and out of the body carrying heat and thus is more comfortable.
