■HEY DEAR

1》when a liquid evaporate, tha particles of the liquid absorb energy from the surrounding to compensate the loss of energy during evaporation . This makes the surrounding cool. In a desert cooler the water inside it is made to evaporate. This leads to absorption of energy from the surrounding , thereby cooling the surrounding. Again, we knwo that evaporation depends on the amount of water vapor present air if the amount of water vapour present in air is less, then evaporation is more on a hot dry day, thr amount of water vapour present in air is less.

3When we put some acetone or perfu on our hand or on our palm, it evaporates , particle of the liquid absorb energy from the surrounding or the surface of thepalm to complete for the loss of energy , making surrounding cool. Hence, our palm feel cold when we put some acetone or perfume or petrol on it.

Answer:I TRIED TO GIVE A SIMPLE AND BEST ANSWER!!!

A) A desert cooler cools better on a hot dry day because on a hot dry day temperature is high and humidity is less which helps in better evaporation. Due to the higher rate of evaporation it gives better cooling effect.

B)If the ambient temperature around a piece of ice increases, the temperature of the ice will increase as well. However, this steady increase in temperature stops as soon as the ice reaches its melting point. At this point, the ice undergoes a change of state and turns into liquid water, and its temperature won't change until all of it has melted. You can test this with a simple experiment. Leave a cup of ice cubes in a hot car and monitor the temperature with a thermometer. You'll find that the icy water remains at a frosty 32 degrees Fahrenheit (0 degrees Celsius) until all of it has melted. When that happens, you'll notice a quick temperature rise as the water continues to absorb heat from the inside of the car.

c)Acetone is highly sublimable. it converts into vapour at a fast rate. this increases the liquid molecules around it in vapour phase thus our palm feel cold.he liquid molecules around it in vapour phase thus our palm feel cold. acetone, petrol or perfume has very low boiling temperature. when we put some acetone on our palm the particles of it gain energy from our palm and evaporate quickly which causes cooling
