Give reason for : water at the room temperature is a liquid

water at room temperature is liquid because at this temperature it has fixed volume and it can flow. when it is put in refrigerator it becomes ice which is a solid.when boiled it becomes steam or water vapour.

water in room temperature is a liquid because ,in this stage water molecule stay in a free condition  if it is in the case of ice ,the molecule will be stable.
