Yes fungi is heterotrophs . They feed on other animals for their food consumption. They neither have actually chlorophyll.The usually get food my means of heterotropism .

as the fungi are depend on the others to get their food does they are called as the called heterotrophs but the fungi is mainly saptrotopic in nature means they are feed on the dead and decaying matter
