Hi dear..

Here is ur ans.....

Yes u r ryt sm tyms plants may also performe anaerobic respiration this is BCuse......

Anaerobic respiration : The process of realising energy in the absence of oxygen is known as anaerobic respiration.

Ususally plants don not perform anaerobic respiration but some tyms...as in the case of water loging plants may perform anaerobic respiration when their is no sufficient amount of oxygen present in the soil...at that case plants perform this....
This may also cause death of plants.... although this process is not usually done in plants but in some case this also happens....

Hope this hlps u...

Have a good day dear....

Explanation:

Some higher plants, animals under goes anaerobic respiration, when their deficiency of oxygen in the surrounding. For example, anaerobic respiration occurs during seed germination when the soil is submerged under water. Similarly, our muscle cells also perform anaerobic respiration while do heavy exercise. Due to this, less amount of energy is produced in our body.
