hello
here is ur answer...
In a fountain when water falls from a very high point, it strikes the rocks below whereby a lot of spherical water droplets are suspended into the air. These water droplets suspended in air when is subjected to light, it acts as small spherical prisms which disperse light into its spectrum and sending colors out in a different angles. As because a lot of water droplets hangs in the air, an observer looks a rainbow consisting of seven colors.

1. Near the fountain the water keeps
continuously splashing on the rocks
2. As a result many water droplets
are scattered in the air.
3.These water droplets act as tiny
prisms.
4.Sunlight passes through these
droplets and the processes of
refraction, dispersion, total internal
reflection take place, forming a
rainbow.
5.As water keeps splashing on the
rocks continuously in any season,
a rainbow can be seen.
