The majority of infants dies in the span of the first 28 days of their life due to many reasons.
Few of the main reasons are neonatal infections, congenital heart diseases and premature birth.
As per the reports out of 1000 infants, eight of them suffers from the congenital heart problems and around 1300 infant depends on surgery every year.
