Yes all metal hydroxides can conduct electricity, because of the free metal ion in the solution, it helps to conduct electron. But solid sodium hydroxide cannot conduct electricity because of the strong ionic bond between them. Sodium atoms and the hydroxide radical are tightly bonded to each other.
