Yeah....some restriction on fundamental rights are necessary. For this reason fundamental rights are never absolute. During the emergency the fundamental rights of the people are violated because at that time the country's interest becomes more important than an individual's interests. Some people make wrong use of their fundamental rights. Right to speech is there....but it does not mean that anyone can tell anything which hurts the interest of other communities or the nation.
