Excess of carbon dioxide increase the Temperature of the earth as the carbon dioxide has the capacity to capture the heat that comes from the sun light during the day and this has does not allow the heat to go back from the earth Atmosphere by this is goes on increasing the temperature as we increase the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
