Though the earth receives solar energy, It is not warmed up continuously, as the solar energy, when reaches the earth , is converted to different forms by plants and is utilised by us and animals for various purposes. Then the rest of it gets reflected from the earth' s surface. So, the earth will not be warmed up continuously.
