Give reason why copper is used to make hot water tanks and not steel ?

because copper is high conducting material

➡ Copper is a good conductor of heat. Thus, copper is used to make hot water tanks. Steel, being an alloy of iron and carbon, is not a good conductor of heat. Thus it cannot be used to make hot water tanks.
