fresh milk is boiled before consumption to kill the bacteria present in it...whereas..processed milk is stored in packets can be consumed without boiling because they are already boiled in industries or factories...

the milk in the stored packets can contain harmful bacteria and which are harmful to your health .
to kill the harmful bacterias the milk is boiled to a temperature and the germs are killed then it is safe to consume it.
