Granaries basically means the store house for the threshed grain and animal feed.

• They are built above the surface level of ground to keep them protect from rats and other animal.
• Mostly the dry temperature is maintained in such places to maintain the sterilization or to prevent the spoil of harvest.
• The microbes can easily grow in such environment so dry environment is maintained.
• The harvest must be maintained naturally and nutrient rich and hence me hygiene cautious.
