yeast do anaerobic respiration in which CO2 is released . So, it is added to dosa batter to make it fluffy.

Yeasts is added to make better dosa because it reproduce very rapidly .

Here are following method :-

1. Fragmentation
2. budding
3. Fission
So due to multiple of cells it starts to make the dough of dosa fluffy and tasty .


It helps help to increase the volume and it is very soft ..
