Ans.1 - Passengers are ..............car, in order to avoid accidents during driving or while been in a moving car. As a sudden break by the driver would push us towards the car and if seat belts are not used we would surfer an injury. As per law it is very essiential to use it ( seat belts ).

1 Inertia ( inertia of motion) is the reason that people in cars need to wear seat belts. A moving car has inertia, and so do the riders inside it. ... If the driver is wearing a seat belt, the seat belt rather than the windshield applies the unbalanced force that stops the driver's forward motion.

2. Because a karate player strikes the pile of tiles or slab of ice with his hand very fast. So, large momentum of his hand is reduced to zero in a short interval of time which exerts a very large force on the pile of tiles to break them.

3. If a man jumps out from a boat then the boat moves backwards because of the application of Newton's third law of motion.

If the man steps out of the boat,  then he exerts pressure on the boat which is the action as well as the boat then applies an equal force on the man and moves backward(reaction) to enable him to move forward.
