Answer:

1) We always need to breathe.

because without breath we can't live.

We breath to get oxygen to our cells so that they can use oxygen to make cellular energy (ATP) . cells do this by completely breaking down glucose (sugar) into carbon dioxide ( which u breath out ) and water.

2 ) When you exercise, your breathing rate increases to compensate for the increased need of oxygen that is required for your body to release energy.

when u exhale, u expel carbon dioxide, a waste product of respiration. During exercise, your lungs and respiratory system must provide more oxygen to the blood.
