The heat differences of day and night which may convert amorphous to some crystalline form in glass.
It is a slow process, due to the flow of glass particles from top to bottom very slightly.
Heat differences is due to continous exposure to the sun in day and cooling process in nights.
Hence the glass look faded or milky .
