Biogas is generally produced by processing various short of livestock wastes which are completely organic and Eco-friendly and renewable.

The production of bio gas in bio gas plants will go by this way.

Livestock wastes are collected in large level, crushed and slurrified. The slurrified bio wastes are induced to anaerobic digestion process under a warm condition. So the mixture is heated in 37 degree Celsius in a big tank and left with the digestion process for about three weeks.

After three weeks the gas that produced by the bio-wastes are collected in a separate tank and induced to the purification process where the impurities like carbon dioxide are removed.

We can frequently find a bio gas plant in rural areas rather than urban one because of some reasons.

  • Rural areas got some immense supply of livestock wastes.
  • Spacious and free to set up the plant.
  • Low cost.
  • Better environment than urban are.
