when kept in refrigirator, the air inside the baloon becomes denser and shinks in volume.

As we know that volume is directly proportional to the temperature (Charles law). When we put fully inflated ballon with certain volume ....inside decreased temperature than room temperature ie 25 deg Celsius.....the ballon reduces it's volume. Hope it will clear it doubt.
