Answer:

.The earth interior temperature is very high. We can dig the earth as deep as 3.5 km below only. Hence based on indirect observation, we can estimate the structure of the earth, earthquakes or the occurrence of volcanoes.

.The density of rocks increase slowly towards the centre of the earth because of the increasing amount of iron content in the rocks. As iron is a dense metal and the inner layers of the earth has high temperature and pressure, therefore the are found in large punts in rocks, this increasing their density.

.The density of rocks increases slowly towards the centre of the Earth. So the Earth behaves as a solid up to the depth of about 2900 km from the surface.

.The density of rocks increases slowly towards the centre of the Earth. 3. The Earth behaves as a solid up to the depth of about 2900 km from the surface. ... The rocks and minerals cannot remain in a solid state inside the Earth.
