Smoking has many carcinogens and nicotine in it. These substances act on clotting factor 13 which causes fibrin clot formed to become stable. When there is increased factor 13, there is increased chance of forming clots in peripheral veins(causes deep vein thrombosis) and pulmonary veins(pulmonary embolism).

Smoking also aggravates asthma. When smoke is inhaled it causes irritation of bronchial lining and causes release of mucus into bronchi. This aggravates asthma.

Bean sprouts have proteins, vitamin B and fiber. Hence it is healthy to consume. Vitamins required for various biological reactions in our body, proteins for growth and fiber associated with good digestion. Fiber also helps in reducing risk of colon cancer.

Our cells have various factors that prevent cell cycle to go on continously and also to remove defective cells. Various check points in our cell cycle to prevent rapid multiplication. this is defective in cancer cells.
