Because detergents change the Ph value of water so it cause water pollution. detergents make water more basic in nature, the value of ph of water will move towards 9 to 10 from 7 so it affects the life in water......

Synthetic detergents contains harmful chemicals. This chemicals when mix in water harms the aquatic life and makes water unsafe for us.So this cause water pollution
