2. The endometrium of the uterus along with the underutilised egg is given out in the form of menstrual flow.

3. The sloughing of utrine endometrium takes place due to degeneration of corpus luteum

4. When the corpus luteum absence the sudden fall of level of progestron takes place.

5. If the ovule is fertilized corpus lutem remains and if fertilization does not occur then corpus lutem get degnarate and endometrium get break.

And menstrual flow occurs .

6. In the case of fertilization endometrial wall get thickens and growth of placenta occurs. Thus during pregnancy mense not occur.
