Give reasons why ammonia(NH3) exhibit hydrogen bonding both in solid and liquid state?​

In a liquid state, each ammonia molecule forms one hydrogen bond with a neighboring molecule using its lone pair and another one with one its hydrogen atoms. The hydrogen bonds form and break as the molecules move around.
