• Reason for acceleration has a double time factor, because the speed of any object if remains constant then it goes in a uniform proportion with the time. But when a body accelerates, then in every moment, it's speed increases, with comparison to it's previous speed in it's previous instance of time.
• Displacement is independent of it's path because, the process of calculating the total displacement is not, the distance covered to reach destination, but the the shortest distance between the start and end point is calculated in a straight line, is the displacement of the body made.
