Their body temperatures change with the change in temperature of the environment. For example, if the outer temperature rises their body temperature also rises and vice - versa. This can be explained from the observation that when the temperatures drops, these reptiles bask themselves in the sun whereas when the temperatures are high, they would hide under the shades.

Reptiles are cold blooded animals. Their body temperature changes according to the temprature of the environment they are in. Hence as soon as the temperature of their environment drops or rises, their body temperature also rises unlike us.

We sweat to cool down our body temperature in summer, and there is less sweat in winter cause temprature needs to remain constant and around 37°C.
