  • Dame causes earthquakes sometimes because they destroy the equolibrium of the crystal movement of the earth.
  • Dames causes harm to the equatick organisms living under water and thus they destroy the river ecosystem.
  • The dames may even lead to submerge of village if there is an overflow of water.
  • Dames need huge investment and also the local people are displaced from their homes.
