4. Eradication of poverty should be undertaken.
5. Dispose garbage using proper methods.
6. Government should make public places. They should be kept clean.
7. Appropriate cement and concrete has to be used for construction works.
8. To safeguard the wildlife and forests, historical monuments.
People's role -
1. To be abide by the the national flag and national anthem.
2. Do not harm animals and cut trees.
3. Garbage should not be put on public places.
4. Every person who is a guardian or parent should provide opportunities of education to his/her ward/child.
5. People can put pressure on government in various ways to implement a particular scheme in order to meet some goals.
