you can concentrate your mind in your study especially for the maths you can give more time for the maths you can understand the concept and topics.

maths can be improved only by practice and learning the basics of mathematics I.e. formulae and basic theorms of any topic.
Now for mental fitness , as we keep yourself physically fit with physical exercise, mental fitness also require mental exercises..something like meditation, yoga helps too.
