As we can see that due to global warming & rapid change in nature due to evil desire of mankind, monsoon itself behaving errant. Sometime drought & at same place there can be flood next year .
To deal with such problem we should be prepared in advance because rain which call god's bliss can be turned in to curse within few hours if it is above the limit. so here few basic steps to control the flood.

5. self closing flood barrier

The rise of water levels which result in loss of human lives or destruction of property are called floods. Generally, the rise in sea levels are due to heavy rains. The movement of tectonic plates are also reason for floods. The government forces becomes active and helps people from losing their lives. The situation is difficult for the people who combat the floods for their survival. We should strive to help others so that we can save people in that situation. Some people gift their life to others. They cannot escape their problem. But they have face with courage. Finally, I conclude that combating the floods can be done by helping each other.
