Sublimation is the process of converting solid on heating directly into gas with out undergoing into liquid state.
 
Solid ( on heating)--------------> Gas

SUBSTANCES UNDERGOING SUBLIMATION:
1.Iodine.
2.Camphor
3.Sal Ammoniac.
4.Napthalene balls.

Non- Sublimatory substances: 
1. Sand
2.Sugar.
3.Salt
4.Turmeric.
5.Alum.

That's a real interesting question
out of these Iodine, comphor, sal ammonic and naphthalene balls are sublimatory  substances
while other substances , Sand , sugar , salt turmaric and alum are the non-sublimatory substation.
Moreover sublimation is the process in which solid substance on heating directly converted in to gas form instead of going to liquid form ( which mostly happen with other substances of nature).
