there are not divisible by 5,2 or 13.

the integers in that range that r divisible by 2,5,13 are 30,32,34,35,36,38,39 and 40.

those that are not 31,33,37.

so there are 3 such integers for your case.

In general it cannot be a multiple of any prime factors of the numerator........
