HEIGHT=14cm 
TSA OF A CYLINDER=2 \pi R(R+H)
2*3.14*10(10+14)
62.8(24)
=1507.2 sq.cm

height=14cm

tot. surface area of cylinder = 2pi×r(r+h)

therefore,tot. surface area of this cylindrical vessel= pi×r(r+2h)
=3.14×10(10+28)
=31.4×38
=11932 sqcm.
