459 = 5 {x}^{2}  + 6x \\ 5 {x}^{2}  + 6x - 459 = 0 \\ 5 {x}^{2}  + 51x - 45x - 459 = 0 \\ 5x(x - 9) + 51(x - 9) = 0 \\ x = 9(neglecting \: x =  \frac{ - 51}{5} \: as \: it \: is \: not \:  a \: natural \: mumber )

Hence, divisor is 9 and quotient is (5x+6=51)
