Biological weathering is the weakening and subsequent disintegration of rock by plants, animals and microbes. Growing plant roots can exert stress or pressure on rock. Although the process is physical, the pressure is exerted by a biological process (i.e., growing roots).

Answer :-

=) Biological weathering just alludes to enduring caused by life forms - creatures, plants and microorganisms . While certain types of organic enduring, for example, the breaking of shake by tree roots, are once in a while arranged as either physical or synthetic, natural enduring can be either physical or substance .

Biological weathering is an extremely normal sort of enduring that we see around us. There are numerous little creatures that drag gap in the stone and live inside it .
